Exceptional Service and Kindness at McDonald's - Kudos to Lola!
Review:
I recently had the pleasure of visiting McDonald's, and I must say that my experience was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I entered the restaurant, I was greeted with a warm smile and a genuine enthusiasm for customer service. What made my visit truly special was the outstanding service provided by one particular worker named Lola.
Lola's efficiency was truly remarkable. Despite a bustling crowd, she managed to handle orders with lightning speed, ensuring that customers were served promptly. Her ability to multitask and maintain a calm demeanor in such a fast-paced environment was truly impressive. I was amazed at how quickly she prepared my meal without compromising on quality.
What truly stood out, however, was Lola's kindness and genuine care for customers. She took the time to engage in friendly conversation, making me feel welcomed and appreciated. Her friendly and approachable nature created a pleasant atmosphere that made my visit to McDonald's feel like a visit to a friend's place.
Lola's exceptional service went beyond just taking orders and delivering food. She ensured that each customer's needs were met, going the extra mile to accommodate special requests and dietary preferences. Her attention to detail and willingness to customize orders made me feel valued as a customer.
It is evident that Lola takes pride in her work and genuinely cares about the satisfaction of McDonald's patrons. Her positive attitude and dedication to providing exceptional service were truly refreshing. It is employees like Lola who make dining experiences memorable and keep customers coming back.
In conclusion, my visit to McDonald's was made delightful by the exceptional service provided by Lola. Her speed, efficiency, and kindness were truly commendable. I would highly recommend this particular McDonald's location, thanks to Lola's outstanding contributions. Kudos to Lola for her exceptional service and for making my visit...
Read moreI only ever go into McDonald's occasionally because my little girl and foster daughter like it (unfortunately).
They usually have chicken nuggets which, let's face it are pretty hard to muck up. Despite this Aylesford McDonald's have managed it on more than.
Issues ranging from cold nuggets missing nuggets, (probably did not have enough cooked and thought they would get away with it), and hard (batter) on the nuggets which to me indicates they were under the lights longer than they should have been. (passed their disposal time), chucked back in the fryer to heat them back up. We have had a few overcooked that very crispy in the batter which we often have to 'peel' the batter off.
Other meals have come out cold, items missing items on multiple occasions.
That brings me to today. I ordered a limited edition raspberry and chocolates pie. First one I received was almost 1hr and a half past it's disposal time ☹️ second one had was obviously reheated in the fryer, put in a new box with a new label.
Went to eat it and the filling could not be be seen. Assuming it was stuck around the inside of the pie or had leaked our when they reheated it.
The final straw was when I took a bite. Tasted very unpleasant. I took it to the counter and show them the 'fresh new one', after my previously.
I just gave it to the staff member and left. Did not bother with a 3rd new pie. If McDonald's is so hard up they can keep the £1.99. Frankly I did not want to see the manager again. It was her the let that the member of staff to eat it again burning the crispy out side and pie and making the stick to the inside ot the pie.
If anyone should be enforcing the process it should be the manager. She condoned this behavior and handed me the horrible hard pie with no filling. If the manager does not care and Is happy to serve out subpar food and service then then the staff will follow.
I am going stop using Macdonalds. I the quality. And service is below par. Too expensive. The £1 items are not...
Read moreWe stopped for a 'quick' bite to eat after visiting relatives nearby and what a mistake we made choosing this McDonalds.
We chose to use the drive through, with two open lanes, we opted for the closest, we sat without assistance for a couple of minutes, when a second car joined us as a further minute passed. At this point the second car to arrive placed their food, as they moved forward another car replaced them who also placed their order before moving forward. Understanding the ordering thing must be broken and with another car now behind me I moved forward to the windows to place my order.
At this point I was told they don't take orders at the windows and the person who should have been taking my order was busy doing something else. I was then informed I needed to move along so I could order in store or join the back of the queue.
The manager who I believe was called Ellie also opted for pointing the blame at us for not waiting longer after not being served while seeing others placing orders and driving forward. After what I can only describe as a conversation I would expect from an inexperienced, under trained member of management we eventually managed to place our order.
Then we get to the food, apparently a Big Mac meal now comes with salad on the side, not in the burger, chips are best served under cooked, hairs are allowed inside burger buns and they were all out of Galaxy McFlurries, although still advertising them.
All in all a committee let down.
Would I recommend this branch? If you've got time to waste and enjoy lacklustre food and service then...
