Nando's South Aylesford — Restaurant in Tonbridge and Malling

I eat in this restaurant and have take always a lot and it’s hit and miss some days it’s nice other days it’s terrible and needs to be sent back there is 6 of us in our family I usually spend £70-£90 2/3 times a month I never leave a review but this time I feel I needed to do so!! I was very disappointed when I got a take away for my husband and me it was the complete wrong order and very burnt and cold. I rang fairly quickly to let them no and the response was terrible I could not go back and replace the food and I was offered a £20 gift card by a male manager bearing in mind I spent £55…. I was not happy as it was a disappointment that we are regularly in this restaurant it took 3 weeks for the so called e voucher to be sent by e-mail I received it yesterday and for £15 I then rang and told them the same male manager and the response was unacceptable he said I was lucky to get £15 and there’s nothing he can do about it…. I didn’t care about the money it was the fact that the customer should be treated with respect and care and I feel this is not the case…. The photo was ment to be a sunset burger with 2x sides my husband had half a chicken and a 1/4 chicken with 2x sides it was so dry and burnt he put it in the I will not be eating hear any more and I will be taking things further maybe talk to somebody who nos what there doing as I think it needs a look atvery rude staff and very dirty I all ways take my own nice and fork and there’s are not...

Visited the restaurant on 7/8/22 with my wife to enjoy the delicious food which is being served there, however not this time.

Instead of making an order through thier website I have decided to go to the order desk and I'm glad I did!

When I was ordering the food the lady who was serving me was opening the drawers with food by SHOE!!!!! and not even closing properly which probably caused some debris from her shoes getting inside the drawers.

Soon after that I have been told that they don't have sufficient amount of chicken due to no delivery.

Fine, I can understand that as it happens so chooses different food.

When the food arrived to our table, my wife and I jump straight in to eating.

I have noticed that the chips were having different taste but ignored it as I thought it might be me.

The following night I have spend in my bathroom due to upset stomach and feel that I will throw up.

There is a different management which you can notice the drop in professionalism.

Definitely won't go there again and recommend to do the same.

I came to the restaurant on father's Day so I was prepared for waiting. The queue went fast.

The food was freshly prepared and the staff despite the busy time had a smile on their face and were happy to answer any questions.

My favourite location due to the decor of the place and friendliness...
