Ordered a large breakfast waited 35 minutes so I asked to cancel the breakfast as I had to be somewhere. The refused to give me a refund and said I could take out the food 40mins later . I seen the chef putting my breakfast in a take out tray with his hands while cooking raw meat in the grill at the same time . After seeing him do that I asked for a refund due to his lack of hygiene knowledge and cross contamination. I asked him when was the last time he washed his hands he said he couldn’t remember and they looked dirty . How they got a 5 star rating is beyond me .never again . after seeing the reply its clear this guy is dishonest. The kitchen door was glass when i was there I looked through seen him cross contaminating food didn’t step foot in the kitchen once . Unhygienic and dishonest. Looks clean but his hands were dirty before the cross contamination of raw and cooked food . Trust your stomach see how you are the day after eating...

Always greeted with a smile and a chat with the lovely friendly staff. Food is amazing, especially the new burger menu. Brilliant value for money and never had to wait long for the huge portions to arrive. Really good that the whole menu is takeaway too. Nothing is ever too much trouble either, want to swap out something, add bacon, swap to takeaway - not a problem. Always happy to help you decide which delicious cake to have with your cuppa too. Fantastic. What a great traditional breakfast. None of this healthy eating stuff, although you can get it here, but for 3 big 6ft chaps,me and my sons, the breakfast was brilliant, really nice to have one with a fried bread option. Cooked perfectly, not greasy at all. Did not have to wait long and the staff were happy and funny. Really clean and tidy. A must visit for anyone who is nearby or like us from South Devon.
