Had a walk down from our holiday rental and called in for breakfast. Very clean environment and extremely good access for wheelchair and buggies with level access from carpark to cafe. Very large doors so no tight spaces. Super chilled environment and well laid out. Payment by card and cash. Large carpark at back of cafe which is open only for disabled parking with space for at least 8 to 10 cars if parked with respect. All other parking is a good 150 metres. They have external toilets with good disabled entrances and 5 in total. Breakfast was served from 9 am to 11.30 am. Our coffee was hot. My wife had a Bacon roll and my poached egg on toast was tasty. My only complaint as such which marked them down one star was due to communication between staff and chef. I asked for dry toast as I can't eat butter, and when served, the toast was buttered. Easy fix they changed my food with no fuss. Staff were very polite and the choice of food was excellent. Wouldn't hesitate to go again.

Cost £19.50 for a hot chocolate, spicy chicken panini, sausage roll and a coffee. Was expecting more than a few bits of chicken and cheese in the panini. Hot chocolate in a paper cup, no cream and not very hot! Ordered Coffee with hot milk. The smallest coffee in a paper cup was served. Coffee was served with no milk and then I was given cold milk. This is the third time visiting this cafe over the past year and certainly won’t be returning - we’ve given it more chance than many would.

What a wonderful place, for education, the environment, visitors and the locals. Toilets pristine, all of the staff I interacted with were polite, with a smile and very helpful. A humus sandwich £8.00! You are having a laugh. Parking is £5.00 a day or £15.00 for a week. Amazing! I would highly recommend.

Lazy chefs... this place needs a damned good shake up ....

I tear my hair out with this place, yesterday we popped in for a coffee & a breakfast snack. At the counter the young girl says 'before you get your hopes up, I can only cook bacon & egg because the chef hasn't turned up'. OK I said, I only want the sausage, bacon & egg roll. ''No, I can't do that because I'm not allowed to cook eggs...'!! What, you can cook meat but not eggs... ? Yes, she says. The chef was due at 10.30 coming from the Royal George, it's now 10.45. He says he's 5 minutes away, OK I said, I'll wait 5 mins. 'Don't get your hopes up she says, they often take a lot longer! OK, can I order the sausage, bacon & egg combi, because if you do a bacon & egg on its own it costs more than the combo with the egg. Yes, I'll do that, she says. I'll have the egg if the chef turns up.

The chef still hadn't turned up at 11.20, so when we left, we asked for our raw egg & gave it to the dog!

Just to add. The bacon was as hard as a rock, the sausage not much better & although the coffee looked nice (good latte art), it was as weak as....the bacon roll was over £7 BTW!

Please shake this place up management or give up the lease to...

Staff didn't listen to my order when I notified I have severe allergies, that I require a black coffee with cold oat milk, they gave no milk but gave me hot water... Then some time passed upon explaining three times what I ordered before someone gave me the carton of oat milk, she gave me funny looks for shaking it before pouring. The cost to feed my husband I may as well as brought him a kids meal like my son as my son's kids meal with two sausages than the very expensive bap with one sausage, one bacon and an egg but upon looking around at others they dished a half hearted chip portion for my husband but not others.

When I arrived I asked where the toilets were, she told me like I should've...
