We have replied to you on the phone and we have also replied to you via email.
I will explain it again if it didnât make sense.
When you called the first time, stating that you placed an order 40 minutes ago online and that you hadnât received your meal, our staff explained to you we have not received an order from you today.
Instead, they asked if you could just tell them your order through the phone and get it sent to you straight away. On that day, we had a period of time where the signal wasnât great. Your order was unfortunately unsuccessful. The system sends confirmation emails to customers if successful and at the end of placing an order, it should leave with a page stating an estimate time for when the order is ready.
Neither was received by Dawn- therefore unsuccessful. Therefore our resolution was that we would get it cooked for you straight away so you wouldnât have to wait any longer.
We do recommend that customers call us as it is the easiest option. Otherwise make sure that you have received your confirmation email. In the past, where customers are unsure if they placed an order, they would normally give us a call to make sure.

   Read moreI am extremely disappointed at how this company dealt with a complaint. I placed an order on their online booking system. I waited over an hour with no confirmation email. I called Wok191 to be told they didnât have the order and itâs not their fault and what do I want them to do about it? I was also told by a very rude man Iâve not even waited that long and they canât understand what the problem is. They then got someone who claimed to be a âmanagerâ who spoke in a very false and condensing manner. She told me I am one of âthem customers that just like to complainâ. I asked for the owners details and was lied to and was given the wrong info. I was also shouted at and told if I donât like it phone the police! The whole experience was extremely frustrating as had they taken ownership and apologised I would have accepted this. I have since contacted the owner twice with no response! I regularly order from this takeaway but obviously my custom is not appreciated which is very disappointing. My definite favourites would be the hot&sour soup, chicken chow mein and various fried chicken dishes, but I'm never disappointed whatever I order. Everything is always high quality - delicious and filling.
Customer service in this place is unrivaled. As I usually opt for collection these are short but sweet interactions at the counter with very friendly staff members. Never had any problems (well... that's not true - one time I caused a problem by stoling some other customer's order, but thankfully the lady giving out the orders realised it and was very polite about the entire thing, even though I caused a lot of unnecessary confusion :D)
