Yeah Man Caribbean — Restaurant in Trafford

The shop owner was very nice. I ordered oxtail dinner £6 curry goat dinner £6 2 pieces of chicken and chips £6.50 plantain £1and 2 pieces of chicken £4. The two dinners had 3 pieces of meat and half a tray of rice. The chicken n chips individually £2 thigh £1.50 leg £1.80 chips and the man charged me £6.50. when I called the shop to complain he said he couldn't do anything about it. I asked my friend and boyfriend for there opinion and they both said that was poor. I was so upset I called the shop again and shared with him what my friend and boyfriend said. He said what do u want me to do and told me that he is not prepared to do anything. I said I would bring the food back and get my money back and go somewhere else because in all the years I have been eating from Caribbean takeaways I have never been overcharged ripped off and told they are not willing to do anything about it. Seen that the man was not willing to put everything right and make a customer happy I felt the need to share my experience. The food was very nice but I will NOT be eating from there again. Ordered oxtails and it was not prepared correctly, I called the restaurant to advise that I wasn’t happy with my order as I ordered it online and cannot be fixed , mam on the phone was extremely rude and said he can not help and I accepted the delivery so I can’t complain , if I could give them a 0 I honestly would.
