Greggs — Restaurant in Tunbridge Wells

Amazing!! After having a nightmare with just-eat driver, he spilt my hot drink, forgot half my order and left a puddle on my doormat and floor where he just left the drink outside. I contacted greggs and told them what had happened. They told me to pop down with everything and they would fix it. I went down and they were so lovely. Had everything waiting for me and completely understood why I was upset. I'm not sure "atmosphere" is relevant to vote in, for a shop like Greggs. We just want to buy food. Anyway the food is Greggs food, so naturally it is good and at a good price. The service is standard, nothing to complain about regarding staff but they do seem understaffed a lot of the time, which can slow down getting served. Served by a young lad who was present, paid for 4 sausage in a roll (as no bacon left). Another older member of staff came out looked at the sausages, told me there was only enough for 2 left, but she made herself 1 and walked off so there would have been enough for 3.
