I recently visited the KFC in The Fountain Business Park in Tunbridge Wells, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The location itself is in a lovely neighbourhood, and I was pleased to find secure parking nearby, which was perfect for my Porsche and gave me peace of mind.

Inside, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the service was outstanding. A young gentleman at the register, whose name I learned was Ollie, provided superb assistance. He was polite, efficient, and clearly took pride in his work. He ensured my order was handled with care; the packaging was impeccable, and everything was tidy and well-organised. Despite my attempt to tip him for his excellent service, he kindly declined, which speaks volumes about his professionalism and dedication.

What truly stood out was the genuine smile and positivity he radiated. His cheerful demeanour and exceptional customer care not only made my visit pleasant but also left me with a big smile on my face—it truly made my day.

Used to eat meat but decided to turn vegetarian for a healthier diet, the servers here made me a burger a couple of times swapping the chicken for hash browns but not without always laughing or being slightly condescending..pretty sad. The last time I went they said they can't make it anymore.

I suggested that there might be a vegetarian option available one day as I'm sure it would sell quite well in a time when people are trying to change diets however was laughed at as if I was stupid.

I hope the staff here could be a little more accommodating to vegetarians should a vegetarian/vegan option be released by KFC.

This used to be the most common takeaway my girlfriend and I had now we go to subway as the service is 10 times better as are options.

EDIT: Thought I would add something in, went here recently with someone and the new staff are much much better, asked about making a burger without chicken and there was no problem and the person who served me seemed excited about the new vegan option coming out....
