Went pretty much as it opened. Stood and waited to be served when a member of staff at the counter to look at us and then look away and pretend to do something and we was just touching random parts of the counter. After getting his attention and asking to be served he redirected us to another member of staff who then took our order. I thought I’d ask if it would be possible to swap out the drink for extra fries or something when the member of staff laughed in my face. It wasn’t an issue to me that this wasn’t something that could be done, I just don’t like that he laughed at me for asking - especially when in other burger kings it’s never usually an issue. We then proceeded with the rest of the order and asked for one of the burgers to be completely plain, no lettuce and no Mayo. Just as we were finishing the order we wanted to check 100% that the burger was plain when the member of staff replied in a rude and mocking manner “yeah, that’s what plain means” and would you believe it when I tell you the burger came NOT plain??

Read moreAll screens were off with people queuing, once it was our chance to order we were informed the only burgers they had were bacon double XL cheese burgers and bacon kings available... after ordering 1 of each and some chicken nuggets for the kids it seemed like there was only 1 guy on his own trying to organise all of the orders and hand them out. After waiting patiently for quite a while my order came... stone cold chips which i sent back straight away... by the time i got hot chips and sat down with my order the burgers were cold, grey, overly greasy and highly disappointing, the kids chicken nuggest well im glad we took a bite of one 1st to find out we had been given chilli cheese bites which we then had to queue again to get what we actually ordered... all in all that was probably the worst burger king iv ever had! Most definitely would not recommend unless you want...
Read moreI bought a triple whopper for the first time ever, having previously been an XL Bacon double cheese man.
What made me so happy was when I took the top bun off to remove the tomato slice, I notice HOW WELL put-together the burger was. Someone obviously cared about what they were doing and the burger-construction involved. Even the onions were placed in tasteful, aesthetically pleasing overlapping concentric circles, not dissimilar to the Olympic Rings.
McDonald’s just slap your burger together, you’re lucky if your Big Mac doesn’t fall apart and if the cheese is half out the burger and sticks to the box, who cares right?
Not with this Burger King. To whoever put together order 672 on Wednesday 20th October, you are...
