Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Uttlesford

16/05/23 Working in Stansted Airport you have to have a coffee every day, but since the weather was friendly past month now and me loving the bubble frappe's I usually opt for that instead. And let me tell you that for past more then a month Costa in Stansted Airport never has Ice. But never, not in the day ,not in the night, not never. I start to think that they are just lazy to do the frappe s, because I refuse to believe such a big company can't fix an ice machine (iven if franchise) . And we don't speak about staff. They were 5 of them and 1 manager, only 1 till open, queue massive and none didn't even think to let everyone from the queue know that they dont have ice. The manager then ask the lady to open the till and she litteraly took 5 minutes to do that, she was moving the cakes in low motion, then the prices 1 by one, then move again the cakes cause they were not straight enough for her eyes. That manager deserves a "patience " reward, i believe his name was " Amime " cause I would have send her home straight , she clearly didn't care much. So bye bye 15 minutes of my brake, just to get same answer "we dont have ice". Maybe someone will actually "fix" that ice machine cause what's the point in sending frappe vouchers when you...

I had just landed yesterday and extremely exhausted from my long trip and fancied a coffee from Costa which I usually always go to when I land, as well as many Costa cafes around London.

Unfortunately this time I experienced the rudest customer service after ordering a flat white like I always do, I noticed just after I tapped my phone the price was more than I usually pay for a flat white and when I was given the coffee the cup was bigger than it always is. I didn’t bother questioning at first till I tried it and basically was given a latte which i really dislike. I proceeded to go up to them and tell them about the price and taste and the lady I was talking to basically tried to convince me that what I had was a flat white and the price was because I was at an airport, Even though I have many times bought a flat white from this very cafe and never had this kind of issue before. The lady even turned to a man for what I can assume is either a manager or AM from the way he was dressed telling him “Isn’t this a flat white” and he agreed. The staff need to be changed or...

I travel a lot and I stop at this costa a lot being one of my favourite coffe. Unfortunately every time my enthusiasm drops down when I approach the till. The staff is very rude, no eye contact, they almost force you to choose as quickly as possible and I was given a side eye by one of your employee, (a blonde tiny girl with Eastern European accent). I asked my cappuccino to be wam and I almost felt ashamed or guilty to ask. Please give your staff some sort of customer training and teach them how to smile at least to customers who pay their wages. The croissant was stale and dry at 5 am when you expect the greatest...
