We managed to book a table at the last minute, due to a cancellation, which was great! Highly recommend booking - a very popular local pub, with lovely local charm, in the beautiful setting of East Hendred village. An open fire place in Winter, outdoor seating in Summer. Free parking behind the pub. The staff are extremely friendly, welcoming and attentive. Meals are creative and beautifully presented. Thank you and well done Eyston Arms Team - we'll be back soon :)

My partner and I had a wonderful Sunday lunch. The pork belly and Ceasar salad were truly delicious - but the Grand Marnier milk chocolate mousse with crushed pistachios: absolutely to die for! (was so good, forgot to take a picture of it!) Every mouthful of that dessert was a sin, pure indulgence. Very friendly service, very cosy relaxing atmosphere, what more would one need! Much recommended

Always a special experience at The Eyston Arms - fantastic food, and impeccable service. Their Sunday Roast never disappoints, and they offer gluten-free options for every element, which in our experience is quite unusual! Parking on-site, lovely outdoor area for drinks in the summer too!

Nice spot. Great negronis, especially if you’re day-drinking…and the burger…mouth-watering chorizo burger that exceeded all my expectations. The patty was made with perfectly seasoned chorizo that added a bold and spicy flavor to each bite.

The burger was perfectly cooked, with a juicy center that was bursting with flavor. The toppings were just as impressive, with a generous helping of melted cheese that perfectly complemented the bold flavors of the chorizo patty. The lettuce, tomato, and pickles added a fresh and crisp element that balanced out the richness of the burger

The soft and toasted buns held everything together, adding a satisfying texture that completed the overall experience. From the first bite to the last, this burger was an absolute delight.

If you're a fan of chorizo and burgers, this is the perfect combination that will leave you completely satisfied. The bold flavors of the chorizo patty combined with the fresh toppings and soft buns make for an unforgettable burger experience that you won't...

My 3 star rating is based purely on the extremely limited vegetarian options available. There is only 1 option and if we wanted to eat Sunday lunch there, there is nothing special at all. I find in this day and age it extremely surprising and frankly annoying that restaurants and gastro pubs seem unable to offer 2 or 3 vegan options.

Otherwise, the one meal we were forced to have was absolutely delicious. Both the service and ambience were friendly and top-notch. The Eyeston Arms would be a regular for us if they catered to other diets with a bit more enthusiasm. Veganism and vegetarianism are not the outlandish 'fads' they were 30 years ago. Please cater to our needs as well and you will have an absolutely...

Thank you for hosting our group of 12 on Mother’s Day. The service was fantastic, so warm, attentive and thoughtful.

Everyone in the group were blown away by how good the roasts were, particularly my wife with her gluten free option. Usually I get to eat her Yorkshire pudding but not on this occasion, as she was actually given a proper GF one.

The whole atmosphere of the pub is really warm and welcoming and full of happy locals. Just how a decent pub should be (wish you could take over our local!).

We often meet in the area as it’s equidistant for much of our family around the country so I think we’ll make you guys our regular for that.

Thanks again,...
