don’t usually leave reviews for fast food places, but this Burger King absolutely deserves it! From the moment I walked in, the restaurant felt clean, bright, and welcoming. The staff were genuinely friendly, greeting me with a smile and taking the time to make sure my order was just right. The food itself was spot-on — fresh, hot, and perfectly prepared. The flame-grilled Whopper tasted just like it should: juicy, smoky, and full of flavour. Fries were crisp and golden, not greasy, and the drink station was spotless and well-stocked. I also noticed how quickly the team managed the lunchtime rush without compromising quality, which really impressed me. What stood out most, though, was the atmosphere. Everything felt cared for, from the tidy seating area to the little details like having condiments well stocked and tables promptly cleared. This place is quite new, having been only built in the last 18 months. I've always loved a burger king and this place is handily located for my commute. Sadly, I've not yet had a good experience here and annoyingly, I keep forgetting until it's too late. It's so poorly managed, that if they're not already out of stock of what you're after, they're doing a stock check in the restaurant itself. Today, their ice cream machine broke down while serving the customer in front of me. While the food itself tastes OK, fast food it is NOT, with my latest visit requiring over ten minutes to even get served and another 13 minutes from when I paid for my food to be presented. When it did come, they forgot my drink, and there was no salsa dip with my nacho cheese bites (which I didn't notice till I was back on the motorway). I couldn't find any napkins in the restaurant but foolishly presumed there would be some in my 'to go' bag. Disgusting behaviour of a female member of staff! On the 29th August at about 8.30pm we had previously picked up our granddaughter from gymnastics and she wanted a BK. We walked in and it was totally empty. As we approached the counter a girl/women (couldn’t tell as she never lifted her head up) was stooped over the till. We asked her if there was a menu we could look at and she said they didn’t have one as they were out of date. She never lifted her head up once then walked away into the back saying ‘sorry’ in a half hearted way. To say she was rude is an understatement!! We were walking out and we turned around and she was laughing! While this was happening there was a young man stood in the back just watching all this! I never use BK but only did to please my granddaughter. But I will definitely never be visiting one again if this is the kind of service that you get.
