Soggy, under cooked sausage roll ‎served by an un-smiling "Olivia" according to the receipt..."great" start to the morning! Looks like they need some training in cooking and customer service. "Gross - Everyday tastes bad". Greggs Customer Care Team were too busy to comment according to their auto reply and still no response...

Always use this Greggs as it’s convenient, have the 02 priority app where I can get a coffee for a pound. Tried using this only to be told they don’t accept it here. A Greggs promotion that this Greggs doesn’t accept. Work that one out. God forbid I ever try the savoury offer...

On two occasions now I have called at Gregg's at the roundabout in durker, wakefield. On both occasions one at 10.30am the other 10.40am breakfast had ended. This is not what is advertised ( 11am daily ). This Gregg's is overpriced also. No need Gregg's...
