I think that the problem here is everything has reduced, but they are charging same price! Ball pit in soft play empty, as is everything that was in there previously but still same price. Bought cream tea a few months ago and was great…. Big scone, clotted cream and jam. Lovely. Visited today… scone a quarter of the size, squirt cream out of a can but the same price. Never seen squirty cream for a scone in my life.

More expensive coffees than Starbucks at £3 for a small Latte, and £1.40 for a child’s fruit shoot style drink. Bottles of pop over £2.50 no ice or glass.

Staff are always friendly and helpful. They even got my usual order ready today when they saw us making our way through the garden centre to the restaurant. Drinks and food are reasonably priced and delicious and the softplay is only £2.45. The mini softplay area is separate from the restaurant and has its own seating for 30+. It's just the right size for pre-schoolers and my two year old loves visiting at least once a week. There's also a separate baby bit and an outdoor terrace. Great that you can just drop in with kids without booking then go and feed the Koi Carp on...

This place is dreadful. We waited 35 minutes for a toasted panini. We were told it would be 10-15 mins, but even so, it took more than twice that long. I don't know what they were doing but there were not many customers in. A couple next to us arrived about a minute before our food arrived and theirs arrived two minutes later. What the hell.
