Greggs — Restaurant in Wakefield

A couple of times now I've felt spoken down to because I wanted hot or at least warm food,by the same lady.i'm just going to use the one on main street from now on as the staff are much nicer.i went in today and ordered the 4 slice pizza box,she asked if the cold ones on the counter were OK,but I wanted it hot obviously as I was paying for hot it says hot pizza,at £7.50.She looked at me like I kicked her and says " well you will have to wait cos I'm on my own" I said that's fine and sat down, but then after waiting around 15 mins I realised she hadn't even put it in the oven! She was waiting for the other girl to get back from break for her to do it! And when the girl got back from break she didn't even put it straight in they did other stuff first then said it will be 4 minutes 😒, she said they are not allowed to leave the shop floor but was going round the back to get pasties and other stuff,why couldn't she put my pizza in also?I dread getting this lady tbh because every time I go in there I feel like I'm putting her out...

Encountered an horrible staff member yesterday in Castleford bus station branch. Was deliberately overcharged and spoken to like rubbish. She just kept repeating herself louder and louder over me when I spoke. Was told by customer care that I simply had to go in for a refund and an apology. No chance, they didn't tell me I would need to explain and virtually beg for the refund, after queuing up. All this in front of customers in shop. I have just written the money off and boycotting every Greggs store in future. Their staff...

Breaks my heart to give one star as the more mature ladies that work here are always lovely but this one moody, unhappy, rude young girl that served me this morning is beyond words!! If arrogance had a face it would be hers, you can't blame having a bad day as her attitude stinks for miles! Feel sorry for anyone who has to work with her!
