New York Pizza 55 — Restaurant in Wakefield

So I ordered a pizza and a kebab was told could be up to 1 and a half hours, I rang around 1hr 50 mark and they said it was in car on way to us, rang again at 2hrs 20 and said still out for delivery. When dropped off after about 2hrs 40 mins it was stone cold. Delivery driver apologised saying they'd sent her to all over with mine in so been in car ages. Rang up to explain, no apology, just rude, denied it had been in car so long and said it was fresh when it left, i said yes, 40 mins ago and he called me a liar saying it hadn't been out that long. I even said all I wanted was an apology and for them to accept responsibility, he just wasn't interested and put phone down on me. My son up now way past his bedtime waiting whilst I warm it up in oven. Shocking service, they've lost my custom. Poor delivery driver was lovely, shame management can't take a leaf out of her book. Place under new management. Went for the first time tonight. Sorry guys but I wasn't impressed. We had two different pizzas, one veggie one meat, both were bland, in fact I've bought tastier pizzas from the Co-op. I watched one of the girls, who was slicing the pizza, put her long false nail in her mouth and then slice a pizza without washing or gelling her hands in between. So far as I could see the same pizza slicer was being used for meat and vegi pizzas ( I might be wrong) I wish I could be more positive. Absolutely disgusting service I ordered on Deliveroo a burger. I read the description and no where on it said it had mayo on the burger bearing in mind I’m allergic. The food arrived and there was mayo on my burger so I rang up and told a staff member who then passed me over to someone who was so rude he said there’s nothing he can do it was a technical difficulty and they can’t replace it.
