I have ordered from this place for many years and we never have had ANY complaints and also ALWAYS give them extra money as a tip but tonight was so disappointing that we wonât order from them again. I wanted a refund as my naan bread was getting cold and chewy so pointless waiting as it would have gone in the bin - no one wants to eat contaminated food! They argued with me nonetheless and said their staff wear hair nets. Went back the following day and asked for a refund where they clearly don't wear these and multiple hands are all over your food. Once again they argued with me something chronic. Service & staff are disgusting all shouting down your ear at once. Their rating is GOOD for hygiene and not excellent, says it all.
