Ambia Indian and Bangladeshi Takeaway — Restaurant in Wales

I have ordered from this place for many years and we never have had ANY complaints and also ALWAYS give them extra money as a tip but tonight was so disappointing that we won’t order from them again. I walk downstairs to get my food off of my Mum and she asks me “What do you think these are” and I look down to see two pieces around the same size of a 20p and automatically say “It’s wood” and she explains what had happened saying she was just eating her sager lou and felt something caught in her throat so she automatically coughed it out and and washed it to show me and once she was done explaining we rang up and my Mum bursts in tears because she was still in pain and was trying to explain what had happened but also to warn them if anyone els had ordered sager lou to the man who was saying he didn’t understand what she was saying and he was not listening to be honest but sounded was talking to someone els so in the end my Mum said she will ring tomorrow and the man was also quite rude at the...

Disgusting on so many levels. DO NOT GO HERE! Found TWO long, black hairs in my food. Called them to make them aware and all they offered was a replacement of ONE bearing in my i had TWO. I wanted a refund as my naan bread was getting cold and chewy so pointless waiting as it would have gone in the bin - no one wants to eat contaminated food! They argued with me nonetheless and said their staff wear hair nets. Went back the following day and asked for a refund where they clearly don't wear these and multiple hands are all over your food. Once again they argued with me something chronic. Service & staff are disgusting all shouting down your ear at once. Their rating is GOOD for hygiene and not excellent, says it all. Food arrived over 40 minutes late ,the starters where dry and hard the meals were cold I can only assume the delivery driver got lost or they had a large round trip .Either way that isn't my problem I spent over £30 for a takeaway in which I had to reheat until now I haven't had an issue with any food from Ambia it's always been lovely ,but the problem is when I rung up to complain the staff on the phone really didn't give a care that the meal wasn't up to the standard they did offered a discount on the next order .That certainly won't be happening soon .The customer service from this restaurant really needs stepping up a couple of gears .I don't usually leave bad reviews but who ever answered the phone 15/09/18 really...
