Extremely rude staff. Manager talked about a dissatisfied customer as staff wrapped products without asking did they require salt and vinegar. Could have said sorry and unwrapped food and added condiments. Instead challenged customer who should have requested salt and vinegar when paying for goods. No condiments on counter to help yourself. Poor customer service and not happy about dissatisfied customers being talked about to other customers. Disgraceful. Front of house staff poorly trained in asking customers if they want salt and vinegar before wrapping goods. Manager clearly has issues when dealing with complaints. I was not asked either and added condiments at home. Sausage was cold been hanging around too long, fish was freshly cooked chips...

Ordered 2 cod and chips, after waiting 20 minutes and people after me being served and going I asked politely where my order was as I'd been waiting 20 minutes, the young miss Attitude said you've only been waiting 9 minutes and showed me a receipt, I then showed her my receipt with my time showing 20 minutes, her words my bad, this is someone else's receipt, 2 minutes latest she handed me my cold food and said YOU ARE , lovely attitude towards a customer, customers said to me what an absolute disgusting attitude, if the young madam spent as much time concentrating on her orders as she did talking perhaps the queues would go quicker and orders...

Visited today, im not a massive fish and chippy goer and after tonight I don't think I'll bother again. The woman was really nice who served me but struggled to listen to my order. All my food was packed and not even an offering of salt and vinegar and as we wasn't going home to eat most of the food went in the bin. The chips were soggy no crunch nothing. The mince pie was bang average too. £23 for two small chips and one medium 2 curries 1 pie Chicken strips and 3 cans!! I don't mind paying good money for food but I was totally ripped off!! I would say avoid this place but try it if you like sticky soggy chips and like paying...
