The coffee is cheaper, nicer and more convenient than McDonald's, KFC, Costa, the lot. The people are wonderful, friendly and helpful.

Unfortunately, they constantly have to fight against the tills to ensure orders are correct and customers can actually use their Greggs account or even just pay. This is unfair, not to customers, but the people at Greggs, who have to constantly apologise and work around the dying tech infrastructure. I have witnessed many times the till freeze, reset or even just plainly refuse to perform normal tasks. Slow for click and collect ordered 6 pizzas In box to collect got there and my order was on screen right in front of them but still made out they never seen it and had to wait for them to cook pizza then noticed that they never give me my points on my app for the 6 pizza I bought so In my eyes having the app is a waist of time as u get no bonus points for using the app and even when u click and collect ur still made to wait 15 to 20 mins for them to cook the pizza so...

It’s Greggs so the food and coffee is exactly what you expect for the price!! The staff here are always happy and friendly. They shouldn’t be blamed if your pasty isn’t warm or if the price of the sausage roll has gone up. They do a really good job and I enjoy going in here and getting cheap food and coffee!!
