Costa Coffee — Restaurant in Wales

I have used this place from the first day they opened and I use this place a lot for business meetings and to catch up with friends I liked this Costa as I’m disabled and the access is spot on. 90 minutes Parking is a joke considering it takes me 20 minutes to get my wheelchair out!!!!

Went today to grab some drinks as my sister who is in hospital really wanted one to be told at the door they now shut at 4.30 on a Sunday ( was 4.31 ) didn't tell us we could get a drive thru, even though i got out our car right nxt to the girl who told us, so was going to leave only that we saw another car go through that we figured it out! I went to costa today with my family and we got treated differently just because my family was wearing a scarf on their head the worked said there was a shortage in the shop I understand that but 5 people came after me and the got served which make no sense and I asked for the manger she just ignored me and walked off.
