was out for a spin on motorbike was hottest day of the year and thirsty when i saw it open i pulled in to get a drink, noticed that sign said seating area closed but drive through and main door both had customers queuing, i joined queue with just one customer in front of me and she was getting drinks for herself a friend and 2 children, it took them nearly 15 minutes to finally give her her order, by this time i was sweating like mad, when it was my turn i gave the assistant my order, she took it went behind the counter where i was then shouted to that they were only serving drive through and click and collect. As I went in the door there was a Covid track and trace sign with a QR code and a website address. Upon reading the menu board hopping to find something that was not coffee.
