just ordered from there for the first and last time, placed a order for large chips, fish in batter and onion rings placed the order via just eat, arrived on time, nice and hot, opened the fish it looked amazing, nice golden brown, tasted a little bland, no real taste too it, but I really enjoyed it, however wish I could say that same for the rest of the meal, chips overcooked on the verge of being burnt, and the onion rings where soggy and dripping with greece so much so I just threw them out, onion rings are supposed too be crispy not fill your mouth with greece, the photos they have on the just eat website makes their chips look loverly, but from what I received my granddaughter could have cooked them better

portion size of the chips was supposed too be large, I had what I would consider a medium at best and thats being generous.

this order cost me £18+ with the delivery, just eat charge...

Got 2x fish and chips this evening. Chips had a very musty nasty aftertaste indicating that they have been peeled and left in water too long. Called to let them know that the chips tasted bad (didn't want a refund or more chips) though they should know that the food did not taste good is all and I could her someone in the background giving attitude. The only reason I let them know was because I often get a takeaway from them and it is usually fine, obviously they prefer not to know when something is wrong with their food, would have continued to buy from them but...

Ordered 3x chips and battered sausage a bottle of coke a kabab and 3x curry sauce paid on delivery to then find all the chips missing and coke not there. Called them back had the lady tell us we did not order chips and that we was having to pay for chips again she was very rude. Wife calls back to tell her we had already paid the lady was even more rude and hung up wife called back and spoke to a man he said he would deal with the complaint we had but we have not heard anything back not even a apology ended up paying 2x for chips .
