Today I ordered on the app for delivery it took over 1 hour to get to my house and it was stone cold ,after opening the food realising they had forgot my brothers food therefore we all had to share .

I called about 12 times and still no answer

We went to dominoes and it was very busy but no one at the till or answering the phone

We stood there for about 15 minutes after having to shout to be seen , they took our address and name and gave us the food and getting free cookies from the mistake.

We got in the car and had a look what we got we ended up with a pizza we already had and someone else pizza and not even the pizza we went for

We got home because we couldn’t be bothered to do all that hassle again.

Even though they had been open for not Even a week it was poor service . There is no communication in there and...

Edit:Went to pick up recently and took. Over 2 hours to cook and be ready, By the time we got home it was stone cold very disappointing service. Staff laughing amongst themselves at customers complaining.

Be careful with these as they have now started being one of the worse Domino's branches around Wales...

Pizza was beautifully cooked and very tasty, delivery driver was very friendly as I opened the door to the classic Domino's! greeting loved that touch of service.

When I got back there were 2 other people in the shop both of which had issues with their orders being wrong. Ordered again, this time for delivery, and the driver rang from a Manchester number which you can't ring back telling me the house had no front door.
