Finns Fish & Chip Shop — Restaurant in Wales

Got extremely rudely spoke to because I was Irish and got told that my money wasnt good enough because it was northern Irish sterling and then proceeded to say the police at been round warning them about my northern Irish sterling, and The food was that bad I would consider even giving it to my dog, chips burn, fish was cold in the middle , the chicken was as dry as eating sand the only thing which was nice was the sausages but then again even my 4 year old sister can cook sausages and would advise someone to do a hygiene check on the place no mask no gloves touch’s her English Serling and then proceeds to pre food and serve without even washing...

I'm old enought, and know what good fish and chips are like,but unfortunatly they are not here in Ruthin !Last time for some reason I was given a generous portion one hole fish and a half.It was more quantity than quality.It was flat thin greasy ,and tasteless.Chips were the same,and after only two mouthfulls ended up in the bin ! But there is a PLUS here,Iwould have the chips only with there excellant Chicken Curry,with lovely chunks of chicken in it.In fact the best chicken curry i've had.Also nice fried chicken legs and breast .I have rated on there f + ch...

If I'd never been here before I would have given it 1 or 2 stars. Having waited for fresh fried fish and chips (10 minutes no problem), the fish had hardly any batter on it and what it did have was dark brown/ over cooked. The chips were definitely not freshly cooked, all a bit soft and if anything previously over cooked.
