Don't eat here!!! I am local to this cafe and have used it multiple times however the other day i ordered food to take away only to find that the bread was MOULDY!!! I uploaded the picture i took on my phone to show!....Needless to say i was absolutely discusted with what had happened and demanded a full refund for my food , i now question the freshness of all the food sold here and i will never eat here again. Read moreCalled in on a Sunday lunchtime for breakfast. Opted for one of the set meals - 2 x sausage, egg, beans, chips, bread and butter and a coffee. To be fair it was good value at £5.00. Had quite a few burnt chips but the rest of it was cooked quite nicely. Bit of a long wait for the food to arrive as it was quite busy. This probably contributed to the 'production line' feel for me. Read moreI've not been to the diner in ages, I used to come here as a little girl with my dad Colin, as he's a retired lorry driver. I walked in to the yard with my son, my husband and we went to find out seats and table. Excellent choice of food avalible, superbly price. We had a look at the menu , ordered and waited. Only as short wait and the food was ready, OMG the food was to die for. Huge rashers of bacon, perfectly cooked, in a huge bun that was so fresh I couldn't wait to eat. Every mouthful was out of this world, My husband had a cracking sized breakfast that was cooked to order, he also loved every mouthful of his food, My son also thought his food was divine. It was so heart warming to see that the diner is still open after all these years, I'm fairly sure its the same owner from when I was little. Fair play I'm looking forward to my next food and visit, I can't wait. Highly highly recommended by my son, my husband and myself. ...
