Absolutely Awful! The woman who served me was rude,snotty and wasn't happy I was ordering more than 1 pastie for my family of 5 . Didn't like that I had my own tea bag and cup like it was loads of effort to put water in my Gregg's cup,she burst my tea bag and got real stroppy when my husband wanted a bag to put 12 pasties in. In a rush we left to get to the ferry port to find that half our pasties weren't cooked properly and had to get something else to eat that was fully cooked. Had to wait until we got home to the middle of Ireland to cook our pasties to enjoy without food poisoning. Giving 1 star because the...

YUK! I am vegan and this morning I wanted a snack so stopped here. The young tetchy boy serving couldn’t be bothered to actually tell me what vegan options they have; instead, he had the cheek to print it off and tried to serve other customers in front of me. I chose a truly vile ‘Mexican wrap’.

Terrible terrible service. And utter rank H&S. The hot food containers did not have the lids on, and when I questioned if the food would still be hot, the surly response was yes AND IT BL00## WELL WAS NOT!! 1 person serving, 2 chatting amongst themselves. No apologies, no friendly service, no eye contact. Just terrible, awful....
