I recently visited a Starbucks drive-thru in the A55, Gwynedd LL57 4BO, Wales, and I must say, the experience with the drinks was an absolute delight. My friend ordered a Grande Iced Americano with signature espresso, white chocolate mocha sauce, vanilla syrup, and no water (full of ice), tailored precisely to their liking, as shown on the cup’s label picture. The drink was absolutely fabulous, with a perfect balance of flavours that hit all the right notes. I’ve tried ordering the same drink at other Starbucks branches, but none have managed to replicate the taste quite like this one. The staff here clearly know their craft, and the attention to detail in preparing the drink was spot on. It was served promptly in the morning, which was ideal for our early start. The drive-thru process was smooth, and the service was friendly, making the whole experience a proper treat. I wish I could say the same for other Starbucks locations I’ve visited, but they’ve often fallen short when trying to recreate this specific order. The consistency at this Welsh branch is impressive, and it’s become a go-to spot for me and for my friends whenever I’m in the area. If you’re looking for a perfectly crafted coffee with a personal touch, this Starbucks branch is well worth a visit. I’ll definitely be back for more of their brilliant drinks, they’ve set the bar high!

I like to spentime with friends there sometimes, they have big varieties of sandwiches as well cakes but unfortunately some of the stuff are rude don't know if because of their stress shifts between the drive through and in the caffe or just they are like that, that happened many times and with all people I know. Again and again the Caffe is not fully cleaned. In my opinion they should have more stuff when it's crowded Editing The stuff are becoming more kind and welcoming and apologising for the long wait, but the place is getting dirtier and dirtier. The fridges are so dirty from the inside where the cakes and muffins are exposed to such a dirty place. The toilets as well unclean, moreover the floor always not cleaned and the serving station full of coffe dripping. Imagine a barista serving you with a dirty apron, oh my god. I go there with friends but I ask for my drink to be in a take away cup but my last visit I saw flies over the coffe machine so I cancelled my drink and just sit with friends chatting. Ypu need people for cleaning guys, seriously. I won't go there anymore if the situation will stay the same. By the way I hope some of the boss go undercover there to see and discover his business soon . So shame

Awful experience! Annie and the bearded barista, Huw, pictured were talking to one another on their headsets 15 ft apart and ignoring customers. Edit: the drive through was closed off so they had no reason to have the headsets on. He didn't say one word to us when we ordered and paid. It seemed like they were flirting/joking back and forth. They would cross each other's paths and giggle and laugh. The bathrooms were nasty with no toilet paper and pee everywhere. Absolutely disgusting facility with rude staff. Starbucks would be ashamed of this place.

Starbucks - Bangor Services (N.Wales)

Shocking today

Just done Snowdon, called into Starbucks Drive Thru, on the way home.

First warning - Drive Thru Cash Only

Second Warning - The Wait, we got in the queue and we waited, and we waited and we waited some more,

We were already in the drive thru lane and couldn't escape, so we waited even longer.

45 minutes to process the 4 cars in front of us

45 minutes !!!!

Finally got to the Order point, wanted a tall Pumpkin Spiced Skinny Latte - not a problem

Also wanted a Grande Filter - "Sorry we haven't got a filter on, but I can do you an Americano and charge for a filter" - Great

Further 10 minutes wait for the drinks

Got the drinks, paid cash, was told we couldn't have the points put on because the drive thru register was completely bust, and the server was having to do all transactions through the front of house register, but we could have the receipt to get the points put on at a later date.

Duly paid with a £20 note, given the largest amount of coins possible as our change.

Given drinks but no receipt.

Asked for receipt

Charged for Americano instead of the filter as I was promised

Past caring by this point, we'd spent the best part of an hour moving 100 metres for two drinks, you can move further on the M6 on a Friday afternoon!!!

Starbucks - I would've have recommend the staff close the drive through lane and prioritize the walk-ins (I think they were already prioritizing them anyhow)

But when you leave kids to run the store what do you expect

Poor show Starbucks, poor...

I visited this Starbucks this morning at 9am as I always do every morning. In my entire life I have never encountered such a rude person as I did this morning with the brunette male working (01/03/24), the girl took our order and was lovely as always, when driving through to payment the boy shoved the card reader in my face without asking cash or card, I then said thank you and from taking payment to handing our drinks over he said literally not one word. I thought maybe he was having a bad day and turned around as I was driving out to see him laughing looking in our direction. Absolutely disgusting attitude and such a rude unpleasant person, really devalues the chain as all the other staff are always lovely except him. I can see there are multiple reviews about him on here and I can honestly say he has an attitude problem and quite frankly shouldn’t be working in hospitality if he can’t even use basic manners such as hello or thank you, to not speak one word and then laugh at customers is just obscene, you’d think he owned the chain the way he was acting. Will never return to that chain again now after that encounter, again as I said never have I once seen a staff working in hospitality act so rude and obnoxious, especially to customers who were polite and regulars...
