Greggs — Restaurant in Wales

Went in on the morning of 27.09.25 and the young girl behind the counter was awful in customer services. No smile and said after buying other items that the free hot drink for greggs via the monzo app wasn't working against till so we just have to go without. Her customer service skills were appauling. Never smiled and not a good member of staff to have at your site. It was clear she didn't want to be working there. Won't be visiting again. A few in the store this morning felt the same. Not good. Starbucks service next door was much better as if her service in Greggs had been better I would have got a drink so didn't bother. Not a good experience at all with this...

Called in today travelling to Manchester. Jan and Tina both excellent staff and such a delight to be served on an early Sunday morning. Wish more greggs staff where the same. Absolutely falt less. Informed me my sausage role my be cold etc which I always no with Greggs to be hot has to be right from oven but was also nice to be Informed. Excellent service ladies keep it up. Food is 3 star as I don't find greggs food overall conistant or that nice it's just a conviante choice...

Upon entry to the store I could see straight away there was literally one chicken bake, one sausage, bean bake and one cheese and onion bake.

There was two members of staff that I could see. I asked how long before the steak bakes would be ready, 15-20 minutes I was advised.

Begs the question why these were not in and ready to go 10 minutes before as anyone with eyesight could see there was little...
