Greggs — Restaurant in Wales

This shop is a very shoddy interpretatipn of Greggs!!!!! Poor customer service and very poor variety on offer!! I am fed up never being able to buy what I went in there for!!!!Never any nice healthy baguettes and fed up of going to greggs and being told they have no corned beef pasties this has been going on for at least a month I was told today that there has been a problem with their computer ordering system???? Well how long long does it take to sort out an IT problem???? Does anybody else feel that this is a con to get people to purchase other not so popular items that they have left over from the morning rush of construction workers???. if it happens one more time I certainly will not be purchasing alternatives that I didn't intend to buy!!!!!!! Also I agree with Alex Blower's review that the staff are mostly unhelpful and disgruntled when you speak to them and that the variety of stock has been reduced to a minimum all resulting in a very poor service ... worse greggs I have ever visited it's turning into another...

I have started to go in here quite often on my way to work for a breakfast roll and a coffee. I thought it was my imagination at first but even though my order rarely changes, the price seems to vary. It always seems to be a bit more when a certain, spectacled individual is on shift. My suspicions were confirmed this morning when I was charged literally double what it should have been, and I didn't even notice until I walked out of the store and checked on the board in the window. Far from the best store in Britain. First of all the opening times compared to stores in other local towns is completely rubbish and they don't even open Sundays.

They don't do a full range of products. My favourite Greggs product is their Prawn Baguette and they have decided they aren't doing them.

When you ask them to put in something they don't have on display (they don't have much most of the time) i.e. a pizza, the staff react as if I'm putting them out. No one seems happy...
