USA Fried Chicken — Restaurant in Wales

Rip off....Ordered chicken shish...allegedly cooked over charcoal...he pulls out an Ice cream box of chicken and starts to fry on the hotplate. Raw meat just inches away from Burgers which were lifted with the same spatula as the ones used to move the chicken around in its raw state. Told him what I thought and walked out. Tried to say their charcoal grill is broken...there isn't one there clearly !. Previously, mixed meat kebab.. gets the old crap shavings out off a pot that had been there for ages, microwaves them and builds a kebab.....Go to Nite Bite and have a proper grilled shish kebab or the Charcoal Grill. If they are prepared to short you on this what else are...

Absolutely vile customer service from the male serving with a shaved head!! Just ordered 3 piece chicken and chips, however as the chips were for my daughter's I asked could they put the chips in a separate box. The price was £5.30 however the man charged me £6.00, when I asked why there was a price increase of 70p he told me very aggressively that it was due to the separate box! Genuinely felt nothing but animosity towards me over a separate box! I will never ever go there again I would...

I wouldnt even give a star . Ordered food last night spent £30 for cold hard chips that felt like rubber. Cold kebabs cold burgers cold chicken . The pizza was covered in grease and the taste was horrific and the garlic bread was cold and fell to bits when taken out of the packaging. I have 3 dogs and not one of them would eat any of it. Also the salttaste was shocking. The staff on the phone we're so rude just taking the order i didnt bother to rinv...
