Greggs — Restaurant in Wales

Tiny shop was clean but not spotless also there was not much stock on the pasty shelves when i went in asked if the pastys in the heating tray were hot they pulled out my sausage cheese been melt paid for it got out side stone cold not the first time this has happened to me to be fair i should of checked Keep your food at a temp or chill it i dont want food poisoning as i duno how long that pasty had been sat there...

The staff are lovely. Its a bit hit and miss with whats available and would recommend if you want your steak bake hot to ask them if the food is hot before you buy it. I really don't like a cold bake or pastie and whilst they are in a hot counter they go cold.

Went in around 3pm and picked up some sausage rolls and steak/chicken bakes, everything was...luke warm at best but mostly just cold. Even after being under the heat lamp.
