I had to collect breakfast for some workers who had a big journey in the early morning. Carol, I believe she is the manager welcomed me in to wait in the warm as it was dark and early. Says on here that the Ferndale shop is open at 8am, my partner was there this morning at 08.55, went in got a loaf of bread and went to the counter. The staff member told him the shop was closed and not open until 9am, he said about the site saying it was open at 8am to which she called the manager. You ask for four of something, showing the server four finger. They ask you ‘four you said’ and you say ‘yes four’. They put two of something on the counter. You say ‘I asked for four’ they say ‘there’s four in there’. You get back to your car and what do you find? Two not four.
