Greggs — Restaurant in Wales

Disappointed with this branch of Greggs. For over a week now they have been out of soya milk for the soy alternative lattes /cappuccino etc. Other branches have had stock so I don't know where the issue is. Obviously vegan / milk allergy sufferers / people who don't want cows milk don't matter to this Greggs. After queuing for several times to find out it wasn't available has made me rather annoyed especially as they have a big screen above the counter advertising soya alternatives are available. Also, many times the vegan breakfast roll has not been on the shelf so was left with an option of just a cold vegan sausage roll with naff all to drink. Pull your finger out Greggs. Thoroughly enjoyed my quick visit to Greggs last week. Asked the helpful lady behind the counter if I could have 2 Pepperoni Pizzas. She happily obliged and proceeded to prepare my order. When i questioned why she was packing cheese pizza I was met with the response “We don’t have any pepperoni pizzas at the moment, only cheese”. I was blown away by the customer service as she saved me the trouble of informing me and saved me having to think for myself and decided I would be happy with cheese pizza instead. Terrible disgusting rude customer service. Food extremely stale and cold. It tasted like it had been on the shelf for days. The cashier was rude distracted while serving and not concentrating on what she was doing. She was more interested in chatting about personal matters to her colleague. Do not go here.
