Nice little cafe in St Asaph. Called in for brunch whilst passing through and had a couple of poached eggs with bacon on toast. Came quickly, was reasonably priced and tasted great. The staff were nice and chatty and accommodated us well. Seemed like a number of locals favour the cafe - a good few people dropped in whilst we were there to have a drink, a cake or something to eat and everybody was on first name basis and seemed really friendly. We didn't feel out of place there as non locals though - we were made to feel welcome. They had soy milk there as an alternative to dairy and could make the food to suit preferences without any bother. Plenty of options with the drinks and they were well made. Pleasant place to stop that we will definitely pop in again.

Fantastic place, very friendly and polite staff. I was there first time and I feel really good. Highly recommended. Unfortunately I live to far, but definitely if I will back to trip to Snowdonia, I will back there again. I love decoration inside. Panini with ham and cheese and salad was really good.

Lovely hot latte in the morning sunshine. Stopped to break our journey on the way home to Yorkshire. Lots of street parking close to coffee shop which is an ideal stop off and less than 5 minutes off the N. Wales Expressway.

Nice cafe ambiance. Reasonable cake selection on display, but went for breakfast. Extremely limited menu, which was conveyed verbally as no menu was apparently on display. We were served with a micro breakfast ( one slice of bread, 2 eggs), which was buttered so sparingly, the bread was dry. Luckily the eggs were perfect ,which just about compensated. Drinks were nice and hot. Service a little Kurt but reasonably speedy. Quite a...

Was really looking forward to visiting here for a lunch stop on our way to Llandudno, however it wasn't meant to be. Upon entering at 12.30pm we were informed by the lady that she was closing at 1pm and therefore could only offer a limited choice of bacon sandwiches or porridge! Feeling a bit disappointed we then found the Flowerpot Cafe a little further down the road that turned out to...
