Upon arrival, the "restaurant" was a building site for upgrades or part refurbishment, the building should be closed for refurbishment, it was not an appealing environment to eat in. When we were served, we ordered zinger and fillet burger meals. After 15 mins of waiting for our food, the team member who served us asked if we wanted another zinger, something else or our money back instead of the fillet burger. My girlfriend opted for the zinger, which she did not want, the decision was rushed as we were caught off guard by the request with no explanation. Whilst we continued to wait at the counter for our food it was overheard from the kitchen/serving area that the person running the kitchen hadn't put the fillets on as they were too busy and working alone, a rather poor excuse for somebody whose job it is to cook food. When our order arrived, the server offered a complimentary side as a apology for our wait time, I politely declined as I did not want to wait even longer for food that we didn't order. Once sat down to eat, the bread on the burger felt moist and was completely broken, it did not seem in any way fresh, or edible. I will never return to the Port Talbot outlet again.
