Subway — Restaurant in Wales

Absolutely disgusting attitude on one of the serving girls here at around 7pm 11.07.22. Used this place a few times before but never had this kind of treatment. Stopped by with my partner for some food. Started out okay until the girl in question was politely asked to add a little extra grated cheese as she put the smallest ever sprinkle on my sub. From that moment her whole demeanor changed and was that of a stroppy child. Slamming down the bottles of sauce etc. I then was overcharged for something (on purpose I'm guessing, not that I said that) and I had to query it with her. She then proceed to tell me I'm wrong when showing her the mistake on the receipt and then refused to talk to me and told her colleague to deal with me. To be fair her colleague was great and dealt with the issue fairly quickly but the sheer attitude on the first server was unbelievable. Should not be working in customer...

Absolute rudeness that I've received today My delivery has turned up completely wrong and the one sub imperticular which was supposed to be tuna mayo that for my partner had beef in which my partner is allergic to I rung the store for them to answer and tell me to bring the wrong order back to the store and they'd refund me when I asked if the delivery guy could come pick it back up they told me just eat are completely separate to them and that it wouldn't be possible when I explained that I do not drive to take the wrong order back I was put on hold for five minutes for the guy who answered to speak to his team leader to then be hung up on and after trying to call back they are refusing to answer I won't be ordering from this store ever again as this isn't the first time we've have problems...

On entering here today (14th August), staff were just lingering around and the food counter was a mess. All food sections spilt over into other sections. The tuna roll I ordered had hardly any tuna in it. The person serving was scraping the bottom of the container...it was obviously too much trouble to get another one. Overheard a staff member saying she was finishing in 20 minutes and couldn't wait to get out of there. Not very professional when customers in the shop. This shop needs to buck their ideas up!
