Memo Beach Cafe — Restaurant in Wales

Cheapest and best tasting coffee on the prom at Sansfields/Port Talbot Beach. The owners run the café with friendliness , humour and efficiency. They soon get to know their customers whom they greet warmly, even remembering our names and usual orders. Their attitude helps create a community of regular customers who know there will always be somebody there to talk to. Loads of tables and chairs available, and parasols at the side of the café to protect us from weather extremes. In winter they have tasty flaky pasties to enjoy, and there's Italian ice cream available all year. Dogs are welcome and they get a free treat. Tiny icecream hut at the end of Aberafan beach, well worth the walk to pay and keep a small business going. Plenty of choice of ice cream, along with slushies and coffee. Kids has icecream and slush and I had coffee that was way better than anywhere else on the beach front. It's very busy here so grab a table if you can, otherwise plenty of benches...
