Everything was of very good quality but we were overcharged by £7.15 this may be a service change we weren't aware of. They may have charged us for spicey poppadoms 4 of them due to originally saying they did not have them; so we just ordered the plain ones and then they brought out the spicy ones as well but did say these were free. To be honest the abundance of poppadoms ruined the meal a little as we're full of of these before we even started the food. Lesson learnt. We also asked for draught cobra on the drinks menu but only the bottles were available. But it was still a bill that was meant to be seven pound fifteen pense less than £51.55 . We didn't actually get as far as ordering, our experience up to that point put us off! It felt a bit 'faulty towers' somehow. The waiter rearranged menus on the counter before eventually acknowledging us and we asked for a table. It was less than half full but he dithered about where to put us. Table next to us sent the plates back because they were dirty. They eventually had rice served which sat getting cold waiting for everything else. Was visiting the area so thought would try the "Indian Restaurant". When I went to pick up the food, witnessed one of the rudest manager/waiter I have ever seen. An Indian customer had raised a small complaint in a polite way but the waiter was very disrespectful, did not hear about the complaint, told them he has enough experience in dealing with customers and asked them to leave. He was very polite to locals/whites, but did not deal with Indians in the same way which I found very perplexing. Unfortunately, the food is not Indian as advertised and was pretty bland.
