My stay at The Springfield Hotel was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment I arrived, the reception staff made me feel incredibly welcome, making check-in quick and effortless. Their friendliness and professionalism set the tone for a fantastic visit.

The hotel itself is immaculately clean, with the housekeeping team ensuring my room was spotless and refreshed daily. Every detail was taken care of to the highest standard.

Breakfast was a real highlight - delicious, fresh, and with plenty of options to suit all tastes. The food throughout my stay was top quality, and the service in the restaurant was excellent.

A special mention to the gym and spa facilities, which were top notch! The gym had great equipment for a proper workout, and the spa was the perfect place to relax. The spa staff were incredibly professional, making the experience even more enjoyable.

This hotel truly has it all – comfort, cleanliness, outstanding service, and fantastic amenities. Without a doubt, one of the best hotels in North Wales! I can’t wait to return. Five stars...
