Riverside Coffee Shop & Cafe — Restaurant in Wales

The Riverside Coffee Shop offer a really good range of savoury and sweet options with something to excite the taste buds. Although the menu is entirely vegetarian, the absence of meat isn't noticeable as the flavours are so good.

Salads are fresh and vibrant, brunch and lunch dishes are imaginative and flavourful. The breakfast burritos 🌯 are just THE BEST 👌 and well worth a return visit. Cakes and desserts are delicious 😋

As the name suggests, the restaurant sits on the banks of the river and although just off the town centre, it feels a world away. Customers also benefit from limited off road parking, which is really useful.

The owner and staff are super friendly and dogs are welcome in the external dining area 🐕 🐶

All in all, this is a great place to meet family and friends, ideally again...

You'd go a long way to find a better menu for veggie and vegan food. The choices are well thought out and have some great ingredients, plenty of which are local. The jack fruit burrito was next level stuff, so many layers of flavour! Incredibly filling with a nice side salad and some awesome chips. Nice relaxing spot by the river, perfect for a chilled lunch, don't expect quick service, good things come to those who wait though. The cakes looked fantastic, unfortunately too full to find out, but will be going back to find out. Prices reflect the quality of ingredients and cooking, but fair and good value. Staff are lovely and cheerful. Went back a few days later and it was every bit as good.

Absolute gem of a place, arrived as a large table without pressure booking with four dogs and two small children and everyone was warmly welcomed. Brilliant idea to have the seating area raised up and to have a cute little play area for this kids. Menu is clearly labelled with lots of vegan and gluten free options (in combo). Mirko is a brilliant warm and welcoming personality, who keeps everyone laughing and happy. The food was beautifully presented and the flavours were incredible Radhika has such immense skills with flavour pairings. Rain was friendly, kind and super efficient too.
