Subway — Restaurant in Wales

Ordered from Blackwood and Subway is delicious. This time, the store was too far, so I had to order from here.

Bread was soggy, food was cold, hardly any sauce so I couldn't taste it, crinkle cut potatoes were freezing, soggy and I'm not sure they were entirely cooked. I only ordered three items, but they missed the drink out, and I can already see a lot of reviews mentioning these exact issues, so I guess there a real problem with this store. I'd rather collect from Blackwood from now on.

Ordered food, complete wrong order came, missing items etc. Took my food down, on arrival I got told they had no peppers when they very clearly did, then got told do you want a pot of peppers for your sandwich. (No, I want what I ordered and paid for) Got told they had no waffles which they clearly did, very, very, very rude staff, worse experience I’ve had from a restaurant. I posted previously about this place with its terrible ordering and resource usage. By having a lot of my prior meals be significantly reduced in portion. However today at 11:20am I met a server who was so enthusiastic about his job and work. He was informative, polite and even allowed me to test taste one of the sauces upon querying it.
