Went for lunch today. Positives were when booked we were told there was a large party so delayed our booking by an hour. Service was very good when we arrived. Asked for a specials menu and ordered 2 meals from there and 2 from the normal menu. Food arrived in good time considering they were really busy. And the food was amazing! Home cooked food and plenty of it. Very impressed. They forgot our garlic bread but when asked it was cooked and arrived as quickly as possible.||Then the bill came and the 2 special offer meals were charged at full price. We went to the bar and queried the bill and were meet with a very rude response. The lady who I presume was the manager said we had had the main dishes not the specials that were smaller. She made us feel like it was our fault. My mum had specifically asked for the special menu and we had both pointed to the special menu when ordering. If they hadnโ€™t put it through correctly thatโ€™s not our fault. The lady went on to say that she would discount for us this time like she was doing us a favour. How were we to know we werenโ€™t eating the specials version. It was such a disappointment as we left with negative attitude and after the amazing meals we had eaten it was a shame. So credit to the chef, waitress needs to make sure the right order goes through, manager needs a customer...

Attended the restaurant on Saturday 2nd march after hearing good reviews. What a shambles. The menu states allergens contained in the food however these are WRONG! thankfully I asked a member of staff to check and they information on the menu was incorrect. When a member of your party has a severe allergy this could have been fatal! We waited 90 minutes for our meals to arrive. No server came to check if we needed more drinks in that 90 minute wait. When the food came it was cold and quite honestly the WORST meal weโ€™ve all had out in a long time. A table of 9 and not one person had a decent meal. The lasagne was cold in the centre but warm on the edges (clearly heated in the microwave) the burger was so greasy. The hunters chicken tasted like it was coated in some sort of spice and the chicken was sliced up in about 5 pieces with bacon on top. Not one server came to ask how our meal was and we noticed others complaining about their food being cold. We was also sat in a room where a dog was in the room (on a lead) but we were not asked if that was ok. What if a member of our group had an allergy or fear of dogs. There was also very loud dance music being played in a different room with no regard to anyone else. Sadly we was all looking forward to experiencing Tbones after all these years but I...

Gosh what a wasted journey we had for a bank holiday. Hoping for a nice carvery on a suday in August but was really let down. Although hidden away in the landscape with a lovely view is frankly all it has to offer. Website says "dog friendly" but couldn't have been far from it. Walked into the entrance like any normal person would to be treated with "sorry dogs not allowed in this are, need to go round back via the conservatory. After sitting down for 5 mins our booking was taken. Decor is back in the 90s with the entrance and outside seating area full of cigarette ends, lovely look. Anyway we popped to the carvery that looked tired with the food looked to be pre cooked. Beef was OK but the rosties had seen better days. The Yorkshire pudding was another story. Not crispy but dry and hard to cut. My partner discovered mould inside once opened and that was enough to put me off. Manager comes over and says they were cooked yesterday hehe. No excuse and I think yesterday was 2 days before. Offered a refund on her food only and not mine until I mentioned a review will be posted. Server comes back to say all food refunded then back again to say two drinks refunded. Surprised this place has the level of Reviews based on...

First timers at T-bones. The unclassified road to get to the venue in darkness was an ordeal. The lane itself narrow with potholes and very few passing places should you encounter a car driving in opposite direction. The venue was spacious with plenty of seating. As we were deciding what to order the owner/waitress informed us a large party was due in soon so to order before their arrival to avoid waiting for our food. The starters arrived within 15 minutes and was reasonably tasty. The mains which consisted of steaks, burgers and ribs took over an hour after the starters to arrive. I was told the Tbone, Fillet, ribs and burger were cooked well and tasty however the home made chips were very crispy and hard to eat. The owner/waitress did apologise for the delay in service. I thought the staff were friendly but could've been more attentive as starters plates were left on table until shortly before arrival of mains and we had to ask for our drinks to be refreshed.

Went here for my birthday meal and was not disappointed! The food I had was really good! one of the best mixed grills I've had!! The menu was big with lots of choice, decently priced and big portions!! We were surprised how quiet it was as the food and service was so excellent! It is located on a farm which was nice, big parking area, it is a bit out of the way but it's lovely once you get there, with plenty of signs on the way showing you the way. Decor is western themed, big and spacious which we also liked. Our server was a lovely lady who was so friendly we thought she was brilliant! Unfortunately didn't get her name. There's some lovely sculptures just at the front of the restaurant in the shape of a love heart and a horse which is also a lovely spot for photos. Would definitely recommend!

staff were really friendly and helpfull, nice setting almost in the middle of nowhere on a hill with fantastic views, but very accessible, my partner had the ribeye steak and said it was really really nice loads of flavor and cooked perfectly, I went for the small mixed grill but unfortunately even though I asked for my meat cooked medium it all came out well done and dry, so didn't really enjoy it but eat most of it as I was starving. we will definitely be going back as my partner said hers was lovely so next time I'm gong to try the ribeye.
