Yum Yums — Restaurant in Wales

Order was forgotten about for atleast 45 minutes. In which that time they had ran out of baps and had to use bread. Then when I mentioned the order I was told by lady she'd forgot or lost it. This was then done but was the wrong order but we persisted and eventually got our sandwiches which were very nice and we also got refunded for the inconvenience which I appreciated. So an average first experience of coming here but I have to say the young man who works here and serves and brings out food is very polite, friendly and welcoming and apologised several times for this all. So...

Popped in for some breakfast and was looking forward to a fry up, black pudding tasted like it had Been in a tub for a week without being touched, rather that or it has been dipped in some toilet water. The hash brown was barely cooked and the sausage and bacon looked and tasted like they’ve been reheated 4 times over.. the egg was cooked on a dirty flat top which was visible from over the counter and I asked for an ice caramel latte which came as instant coffee with ice… all together £13.80, bargain? Thankfully I won’t be visiting...

Stopped in for a coffee whilst on a bike ride. The service was great and staff really friendly. Unfortunately our experience was darkened by what I assume was a local giving us abuse for where we had put our bikes. When I moved the bikes after speaking to the staff about where to put them he continued to berate me and be rude. I asked him not to as I wasn't being rude back. Not sure if the staff were scared of him as they just smiled and carried on with what they were doing until we eventually had no other option...
