Babs Cafe — Restaurant in Walsall

I'm absolutely fuming!!!!! Order placed over a hour ago which was stating once paid was 20 min delivery,kept changing delivery time to now its brunch!!!!!!!!! I understand busy periods.. .. Called shop for over 20 mins line engaged to finally just get through to be given some rubbish and now food had arrived its unedible... ANGRY IS A UNDERSTATMENT WAITED 1.15 MINS FOR FOOD I CAN NOT BLOODY EAT... called shop spoke to them to again be given no sincere apology offer of redoing food just contact ubereats..... would respected you more and possibly tried you again if you had decency to offer replacement as I can't eat this... soggy had browns, hard egg, cheap sausage... generally not what i ordered.. Not impressed but hey I know who not to...

I am absolutely outraged about the service of the caffe, there were 5 hungry children waiting for over 1 hour, and finally when it arrived 1 sandwich was missing and when I rang them back 3 times they claimed the journey was too far to go back even though we payed for the extra sausage sandwich, the round of toast was extremely burnt and I am feeling extremely anguished about this situation, and to add the icing on to the cake one of the sausages was freezing stone cold in the centre, I really have taken offence and wish to take this to further...

I came here for my first breakfast and it was all good until I discovered multiple hairs around the egg and beans which was disgusting.
