Booked for 23 people and didn't have the room for us all until another table was cleared... Floor was slippery... Toilet area was worse... Took our orders 30 minutes after being seated... Starters came out after 45 minutes and then mains an HOUR later... Found the service poor,you ask them for something and it's like you're talking to the side of their neck as they're walking away before you've finished making a request... Food was bland,no heat to it Roti's were slightly raw My main looked like bits from a starter platter thrown into a jar of tinned tomatoes... Only thing I enjoyed was the after eight as I paid my share of the bill The bill - so we opted for the new year 5 course special for £19.99 but they charged me £27.50 They charged me extra for extras and I didn't have 5 courses They looked like they didn't know what day of the week it was when being told what I'd had... Customers before us ,that were waiting longer than us had their orders to go because they were fed up... I weren't happy... Don't like giving bad feedback but it hasn't left me feeling like i'd go back again... Your overall 4.0 rating should be amended...

Came in on a Saturday with large party Guy who took order couldn’t speak English properly and forced us to have some sort of deal at 12.95 We all didn’t want the deal as not all of us wanted starters and kids was charged full price for only having nuggets and chips We only agreed as the guy was very annoying The starters came out after nearly 45 mins late and the mains after 2 hours We knew food was going to be late because it happened before but this time it took the biscuit Wanted to pay by card but the guy said card machine not working but could clearly see other people paying by card There was no room for movement as people wer being sat anywhere in the restaurant Since the new ownership this place is not the same Owner is greedy and only cares about money The waiters was very friendly and polite To good for this place Sully has gone to moza in wednesbury I heard excellent reviews from there Going there to try it out Kirans AVOID if you dnt want to be robbed OVERCHARGE...

Booked online walked in was seated straight away, and was attended to quickly. Layout is abit bleak, needs an upgrade, it wasn’t too busy and was able to bring in our own alcohol. Prices are reasonable and do good deals, we ordered starter & main and we were there for a total of 2.5 hours. Service was very slow seems like there wasn’t enough staff phone constantly ringing, just eat notifications pinging, people collecting takeaways and waited 45 minutes for a starter and then a good 1 hour for our main. Service was very slow that let it down for us. Food was tasty good food, and came out hot.
