No 1 Pizza (Walsall) — Restaurant in Walsall

My pizza turned up cold the box to my fries was completely crushed and my pizza order was incorrect...had mushrooms when I didn't order them

When I called to let them know the person said it was his fault as he had put the mushrooms on even though I hadn't ordered them and then proceeded to tell me that the box must of got crushed in the bag on delivery.

The thing that annoyed me was the lack of care it wasn't until I stated that it wasn't a good enough explain action that he offered to redo my food I stated I don't want to wait another 45mins for food and would rather have a at least some money back I wasn't expecting all of it but at least 20%

The guy then turned round and said well I will tell you what put everything back in the bag and I will send a the driver back with your money..I explained that the problem was only with part of the order so that wouldn't work hence why I wasn't asking for a full refund. He then said there's nothing he can do then!!

Pizza No1 used to be a top choice in Walsall's pizza scene. Once offering mouthwatering pizzas like the Elpaso, my favourite and weekly go to for many years a long time ago. Always amazing pizzas. Can honestly say that I have never had a bad pizza from this establishment. The customer service could be a little better but what do you expect from a pizza place? lol I don't mind not receiving the royal treatment providing my pizzas stay good ;) well done No1s :) (this was review 8 years ago) today and this place STILL delivers well.. the food is amazing and all the pizzas are made with care and quality ingredients throughout.. believe it may be under new management now and seems a lot busier.. keep up the great work No1 Pizza...
