Staff were amazing and so patient as had 2 children with me after a long stressful day that was followed by a good shop they helped me get my drinks sorted for us all and kept smiling the whole time even though I was stressing. Ask for extra hot latte, latta was just warm .....when questioned the lady behind the counter she state it was extra hot ...when I replied no its not she was very rude stating like a 12 year old..."but it is though" .... and turn her back like a child.....the other lady was lovely.....manners do not...
