Starbucks Budbrooke North Drive Thru — Restaurant in Warwick

This place was plain gross. The floor directly in front of counter was extremely sticky and tacky first thing in the morning when it should have been mopped last thing the night before. Only two young staff who were primarily focused on servicing drive-thru customers and who took a while to take our order. Lots of dirty tables and chairs, and when we asked for ours to be cleaned, the weak excuse was that other people earlier in the morning had “spilled their drink everywhere”, however we didn’t buy that because the condition of the rest was much the same. And the food didn’t compensate in any way .. the coffee was absolutely horrible (do they even bother cleaning the old grounds out of the machine or do they just allow them to accumulate and grow mould?) and in our so-called “sausage” sandwiches, the “sausage” appeared to consist of mostly filler rather than pork and had an unappetising grey colouring and synthetic flavouring. When we asked for some ‘red sauce’ for our child’s sandwich we were given sriracha chilli sauce (rather than tomato sauce) by an apathetic male server, we didn’t notice until it was too late and it ruined our child’s meal. Great place to stop on A46. Ordered a decaf coffee, not great taste, too.much water added making it weak. Also charged 5p for takeaway cup without telling me, found out from receipt. I could have collected a reusable cup from the car had I known. They didn't even ask if it was takeout or eat in. The worst was the Strawberry Acai refresher. They filled over half a cup with water, then poured in a flavoured drink from a carton and finally topped with a few dried strawberries. £5 for a posh squash. I don't normally stop at Starbucks but we'd been diverted due to a lorry loosing it's load and were an hour behind in our journey. Over £8...

Didn’t give me an option to rate zero stars. Customer service non existent, had to shout for anyone to take note and then got my order wrong. Soya milk latte, sugar free vanilla with fresh cream. Almost left store and noticed no cream so went back, got a stingy helping. Drove away and no surprise no vanilla shot so a rather tasteless coffee from a useless Starbucks. Avoid but if it’s a must make sure you check everything before driving away, they will rip you off...
