Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in Warwick

Confirmed why I wouldn’t choose Starbucks out of preference I’m afraid (had to stop here as toddler was ready for a break/lunch during our car journey and nothing else around). Service was surly at best, ordered a panini, a sausage bap, two muffins and two large teas and server just started piling the plates up on the counter. I had to ask for a tray, and was presented with a micro tray (good enough for a drink and small cake perhaps). So I had to start taking parts of the order over to my husband as I wouldn’t be able to carry it all at once. She did then offer me a second tray, but kind of still missed the point that I still wouldn’t be able to carry two small trays. Service much friendlier at Costa - they will often help you carry things over!

Then the milk station completely run out of milk, had to gab attention on the drive through bit for this.

Toilets needed a good clean, water everywhere on the floor etc.

Muffins were bland (raspberry cheesecake flavour) and panini tasted funny (was supposed to be ham and cheese but was something else in there too, mustard?).

Paid £20 for a pretty below par experience with unfriendly staff,...

⭐☆☆☆☆ Should be shut down – disgraceful “management” This Starbucks is a complete disgrace. The toilets were absolutely filthy, like they hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. The whole place felt dirty and unhygienic.

The staff are some of the rudest I’ve ever come across. One curly-haired guy (looked like a mop) was aggressive and actually tried to square up like he wanted a fight — completely unacceptable in a coffee shop. And what was the manager doing while this was happening? Absolutely nothing. She just stood there watching, useless, while customers were made to feel unsafe.

I waited over 5 minutes at the counter, totally ignored, before finally being served. I didn’t even get what I ordered, and my toasty was literally thrown onto the bench like trash. Zero care, zero respect.

This branch is filthy, hostile, and run by a manager who clearly has no control. The staff don’t care, the hygiene is disgusting, and the service is a joke. If this is how Starbucks operates, it’s a serious health and safety risk. Honestly, this store should be investigated...

It was Sunday morning at 6.56 am in the morning ,date was 10th August we stopped when we saw there were couple of cars in the car park and light were on in the store ., but the door was locked we wanted to learn when it does open , if late we wouldn't wait and find other palace so I asked when do they open . There were two female staffs older one first ignored but then very rudely - If she has a chance to slap me she could someone just asking when do you open- she shouted and told us 7pm . we waited until 7.05 they did not unlock the door so we left. I can see that this store has low stars and not good comments. I do understand the staff have never warned .If you do not like your work/job and if you do not have any social skills , communication talent . This kind of person needs to find different job , besides the staff who I mentioned above is older than the her other colleague who can not be...
