The ice cream is quite good, but doesn't quite match what I've had from other homemade ice creams. Every time I go in there, months apart, it's the same flavours. I had strawberry and chocolate, but ended up leaving the strawberry as i just wasn't really enjoying it. My other half had the jaffa cake and said it was nice. The staff are very friendly and on occasion even make some banter with the customers. I have ordered both hot chocolates and ice creams from Dylan's and they were well worth the price you pay for them. For those fearing a high price tag that comes with locally-produced ice cream... fear not! The standards of the ice cream far exceed the price. After watching my owners enjoy their ice cream pots and shake I was presented with my reward, banana flavour doggie ice cream. I’ve had the pumpkin one before, that was excellent, but this one was a step above. Cold, full of flavour, and, with a bit of work a lovely treat to enjoy that was stuck in the ice cream.
